Dr. Ford has served as President & CEO of Foster College since July 1, 2021. Prior to his presidency, he held several faculty and administrative roles at the institution, while serving as a senior pastor for 27 years, leading congregations in both Florida and Texas.
In addition to his presidential duties, Dr. Ford teaches and produces scholarship in the fields of Digital Religious Rhetoric, Bible Exposition, and African-American Literature.
President Ford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida A&M University, a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Dr. Ford is recognized as a thought leader and authoritative voice among both church and academic leaders. He is widely known for delivering biblical and scholarly content in a manner that is both relevant and accessible to all.
