Connecting Christ & Culture Conference
This year’s Connecting Christ & Culture Conference is designed to give a historical and biblical reflection of African-American preaching. The lectures will demonstrate how to design a sermon to reach African-American audiences. We will do this by taking a historical look at how 19th and 20th Century African-American preachers viewed the scriptures as God’s authoritative word, while showing the cultural relevance to the audience they served.

The Martin E. Hawkins Legacy “Walk with Hawk” Event
